For those who wear lenses after nose surgery, don’t your eyes feel dry and gritty?

It’s day 3 after my nose surgery.. Maybe because the area around my eyes is swollen, it’s quite uncomfortable.. They feel really dry and gritty.. For those who wear contact lenses after nose surgery.. how is it for you?
