A place I hesitate to revisit because it was disappointing in many ways. The director was gentle, meticulous, and fine, but the assistant kept using their phone in the procedure room, and with the same hands that touched the phone, they touched my face again without sanitizing their hands. Hygiene was zero. The bed was dirty too. It felt unpleasant in every way. Maybe there were too few people in the care room, but it was cramped and looked extremely busy. When I asked the assistant about something I was curious about, they answered roughly, and I was disappointed because their knowledge did not seem professional.
