I went for two areas of InMode and Shrink, with a 6 p.m. appointment. I had a consultation with the manager, then the director, then put on numbing cream and waited. But suddenly they said the director had gone somewhere briefly and that I'd have to wait longer, so including numbing time I waited about 40 to 50 minutes. The people who came after me had already left, and I finally came out around 8 p.m. The staff were kind and nice, but I wouldn't revisit; I don't know the exact treatment cost.
