I went there for a nose surgery consultation, and first of all, the desk consultation managers looked too obviously like they had had surgery themselves, which was off-putting from the start. During the consultation, they also said it was basically up to me to choose rather than the manager guiding me, so I didn’t really feel much trust. It felt like I had to study beforehand before going to the consultation.
