I went because people around me recommended it as a place where everyone had good results, and it seemed like they would mostly do a partial incision. Other places had all recommended full incision, but here they recommended partial incision. They also said whether to do eye correction depends on the desired crease height, but hmm, the consultation did not really explain much unless I asked questions first, so the 10,000 won felt wasted.
