The consultant was very, very kind, but I think I saw the director for about 2 minutes and barely got to talk about anything. I wanted to hear what kinds of things needed to be done for my double chin, but the director recommended liposuction as if explaining a general principle, with the feeling that they would recommend the same thing no matter who came in.
