The consultation manager was extremely kind. I visited because an acquaintance said they were really good at eyes, and I was surprised there were more critical reviews than I expected… The director also consulted in great detail, and I went in for a revision double eyelid consultation, but they said it seemed like I might not need it, and there was no pressure to leave a deposit, so I really trusted them. But after seeing the posts below, I'm hesitating a lot.
