I had a consultation with the director for over 20 minutes. I asked a lot of questions, and they explained everything with a smile, and were kind and warm. They spoke realistically and didn’t push anything excessive. The consultation with the consultant was disappointing. There was strong pressure to book the same day, and there was no mention of AS, CCTV, aftercare, etc. until I asked first.
