I was surprised because he identified all the areas I was concerned about and set up a surgical plan to create the kind of nose shape I wantedㅎㅎ The consultant was also kind and carried out the consultation well in detail. Since I have many implants going inside, as at other hospitals, they recommended using costal cartilage, and because of contraction and shape deformation I preferred autologous costal cartilage, but the director seemed to recommend using donated costal cartilage.
