3 months after nose and paranasal augmentation... chin too?

The top two photos are before surgery Of the two photos below them, the left one is how I look now, 3 months later, and the right one is a virtual simulation (cheek fat, smoothing the nasal break, front chin, back chin) that I made. There is a slight break in my nose right now, but the doctor said if I come back later, he will take care of it for me. So I am waiting. My chin looks a bit masculine, right? My chin has also been something I have worried about for a long time, so I made the virtual simulation on the lower right by myself. I think adding fat to my cheeks would have a good effect. Should I do it? I think doing my chin too (especially the front chin) would have a really strong effect, but it is expensive and risky, so I am debating;ㅁ; I also asked in the “how would it look if I fixed it” section, but;;; What should I do first?
