The consultation manager was really bad. Instead of explaining things professionally, it felt more like they were trying to sell me something like a neighbor. I went because I only wanted the tip of my nose done, but they said I had to use L-shaped silicone or else my nose could sag later, and said even their own daughter used that silicone. I went back recently because of a contracture, and at the first follow-up they said it wasn’t contracture yet, but when I brought proof that my nose shape had changed, they said it was contracture. The manager also said she had worked at a university hospital with the doctor, but I’m not really sure. The doctor was kind, but they seem to love L-shaped silicone too much...
