The director refused treatment, so I entered the estimate as a consultation fee. They said they specialize in scar treatment, so I went for a consultation to remove a scar on my child's face. But the male director looked directly at my child with an extremely cold expression, never once making eye contact, and said there was no treatment he could provide for this scar, then walked out. I was deeply disappointed and furious. It was worse than a phone consultation with another plastic surgery clinic. I am now receiving treatment at another hospital, and the scar is now almost invisible, so we are doing well.
