For the arms, the lower arms, upper arms, posterior bulges, and armpits are included, and because I gained weight and then lost it, there may be stretch marks and sagging, so they said they would go in the direction of removing a little less. At other hospitals, they said my elasticity was good, so I’m not sure whether this is a safety-first approach or whether they’re putting a safety measure in place.
