The doctor and all the staff were so kind, and the facilities are really nice too. They said that unless they're too busy and don't have any beds available, they take care of you in a private room. I went twice, and both times I was treated in a private room. However, I went after seeing a video of a well-known dermatology staff YouTuber who had this treatment at this hospital while looking into PicoHi, and the treatment time is a bit too different. In the video, the first session was 3 minutes 20 seconds and the second was 2 minutes, so it looked like the treatment took over 5 minutes total, but in my case both times it didn't even take about 3 minutes ...
