I had medial epicanthoplasty done incorrectly and ended up with asymmetrical eyes. It was obvious enough that anyone could tell one side was overdone, and it became a hook shape, one of the typical side effects. Even after going around to other hospitals for consultations, they said secondary medial epicanthoplasty wasn’t possible. The lines were uneven too, and now it’s my 5th year, but it’s barely noticeable.
