I visited for revision rhinoplasty. Before going, I had already looked into it enough on YouTube and cafes, so I only asked what I needed to ask, but the director explained things in a very detailed and professional way, which made me trust him. For materials, we decided to use donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage. Since my nasal skin has become thin, he said autologous dermis needs to be used, and that’s making me think a lot. Stability comes before shape for now, but I’m also worried that using autologous dermis might make my nose look bulbous. The cost wasn’t as affordable as I expected. Still, if I do it, I definitely want to do it at Siwoo.
