What I remember is that the director had a very calm, gentle way of speaking. There were no unnecessary explanations, and it felt like he pointed out only exactly what was needed. But rather than clearly explaining it to me, he tended to mutter it like talking to himself, and he wasn’t the type to explain first, so I recommend making a list of questions in advance before going for a consultation. I also liked that during surgery, if I brought photos of what I wanted, he would look at those while doing it, and the consultant was so nice, which was also good. I didn’t do it here, but overall it was a decent clinic.
