I got a consultation after a friend recommended it. I liked that they explained my nose honestly. The consultation room had no window, so it felt a bit stuffy. The desk staff and consultation manager were all kind. I heard the director is an otolaryngology specialist and is known to be good at surgery. I couldn’t decide right away because of my schedule, but I recommend a consultation to anyone with nose concerns.
