They clearly distinguished which surgeries I need and which I do not. Other clinics said I definitely had to get ptosis correction, but this doctor said it was pseudo-ptosis, so it would improve with just double-eyelid surgery. The doctor does speak a bit informally, but not in a way that feels bad or unpleasant. The consultation was not careless or anything, so it was fine. When I said I wanted autologous costal cartilage for my nose too, they told me that for the look I am aiming for, I do not need to go as far as costal cartilage. They explained while drawing on photos and also tried many eyelid lines for me.
