They definitely tend to do noses naturally. When waiting at the clinic, before-and-after photos are shown, and sometimes there are cases where I wonder what changed. Still, judging from the surgical method they describe, they seem to operate safely, minimizing what they touch, and it also seems possible to make a pig nose. Getting a consultation once is very worthwhile.
