In my case, decisively, they stated that my nose would not see much effect, so I’m trying, with tears in my eyes, to give up the idea of surgery. I didn’t even receive an estimate for my nose lol They said that even if they did something to the nostril wings or columella, it probably wouldn’t create a change. I think the problem is that my nose is that kind of nose. The consultation seemed sincere without being commercial. I recommend going for a consultation at least once.
