They said they would only use postauricular fascia and ear cartilage, and that the columella would absolutely not project as much as I wanted. They said if silicone is used, my nose would become too long, so it would not work. They said if it is used short, the silicone would show through, and to bring out the columella the way I said, it would require something like septal extension or costal cartilage, but they personally dislike that method because it makes the nose too stiff. They seem to have a very defined personal aesthetic and surgical method. It seems like they pursue a short, high-bridged nose like Blackpink Jisoo's nose.
