I got silicone inserted and had paranasal augmentation done. Half my face is taped up. But once the nose is definitely raised, even with the tape on, my face looks better. They said it would swell a lot today... I should do compresses and all that.......... But I have a question. Is it good to start walking around a lot from today? They say you have to walk around a lot for the swelling to go down.... Please let me know!
