Before<Before>After after<Day 7, after removing the splint!>After<2 weeks>After<this is also 2 weeks>There’s still swelling, but since my crooked nose has definitely been corrected.. I’m leaving a satisfied review! I was looking for a place where I could share my surgery situation and found out about this community. Honestly, I wasn’t sure whether to post a review or not, but after browsing, I thought my review might help other people, so I’m posting it haha As I wrote in the title, this is my 3rd revision surgery... After my first surgery, my nasal bridge was already crooked, so I got an A/S revision at the same hospital, but my pre-op photo ended up looking like that.. It was my fault for not properly researching the hospital and just doing it somewhere close in my neighborhood. I was honestly grateful for COVID. I was really happy when everyone was wearing masks.... Even after the mask mandate was lifted, I was the person still wearing one..ㅠ I researched revision surgery hospitals so much, and I felt that effort really doesn’t betray you...... It’s only been 2 weeks, but I can already tell the crooked nose is completely cleaned up, and I really like the shape too. After having nose surgery 3 times, I feel like I roughly know how the shape will settle once the swelling goes down. I was debating between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, but after consultations, donated costal cartilage seemed okay too, and it felt less burdensome, so I went with donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage. I think I chose well. Now I’m planning to just manage the swelling and keep browsing again.. Hope my review was helpful!
