I had a double eyelid surgery before, and they recommended a buried suture and epicanthoplasty. I’m satisfied with it now, and since it was buried suture, it feels like my eyelid-opening strength is a little weak, but it looks natural. If my double eyelids sag later, I’m thinking of getting a revision surgery. It’s already been over 10 years, and my double eyelids have held up well for all 10 years
