Nose Re-Surgery

Please recommend hospitals for an extremely difficult nose

I had my first surgery 12 years ago, and 3 weeks ago I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage, but I think something went wrong. The skin over the nasal bridge has become too thin, so the nasal bridge shows red through the skin, and on both sides of the nose it is bumpy, whether it is scar tissue or swelling.... The hospital where I had surgery says it is swelling + scar tissue, and for now there is nothing they can do, and I have to wait and see, they just keep telling me to wait. Whether I wait or whatever, I think I will need a third surgery, so please recommend specialists for extremely, extremely, extremely difficult noses. I want to make a list in advance and plan consultations... I have a bulbous nose, and the nasal tip and alar areas are full of scar tissue, so they have become thick, while the skin over the nasal bridge is in a very thin state. The right alar cartilage is damaged, so it is slightly deviated to the left Places that are good at reconstruction for bulbous and extremely, extremely difficult noses, and places that are also good at correcting a deviated nose. Also, I heard that as the number of revision surgeries increases, scar tissue gets worse, so the nose gets bigger. Is that unavoidable?
