Help me choose between these two places for rhinoplasty!!

They said my nasolabial angle is fine too, and recommended things while looking at the overall harmony of my face. They also said my skin is thin, so the bruising should go away quickly. Also, later swelling care and aftercare seem good + CCTV available. They asked me to write reviews on 2 places, BBT and GNGN. Clinic 2: OOO Plastic Surgery, Director OOO (single-doctor clinic) Here, they explained by drawing directly on my photo. They said they would shave down the hump and lift the nasal tip with septal cartilage. Since it’s a rounded nose with a hump, they were very confident that the result would be very good. Implant-free + septal cartilage for the nasal tip + ear cartilage for the step-off (sedation anesthesia) They said they operate with a patented method, so the absorption rate is low later and there are fewer side effects. Their preference matched really well with me, since I pursue a truly natural look, and all the consultants had their rhinoplasty done there too, so that gave me trust. CCTV available / big discount if I write reviews on 3 places / the price is the cheapest (probably because they haven’t been open for long, so the review event seems pretty strong) Both are very confident and said the results would be good. The difference is whether dermal tissue is used on the nasal bridge or not. And BB is a bit more flashy? Where should I do it
