The director is kind and makes the person receiving the consultation feel comfortable. They explain in detail what my body is like and what line the surgery will proceed along, and they consult with confidence but without an arrogant attitude. They carefully record the surgical direction while drawing it out. The consultation with the consultant manager wasn't bad either.
