My type is under-eye fat protrusion + flat volume in the anterior cheekbone area under the eyes, which makes the area look even more hollow. Reader 1 I had surgery at a clinic, and they appropriately repositioned the hollow areas and protruding areas well, so now it’s been 2 years and it’s still maintained smoothly without coming back up again. When doing the surgery, they separated the aegyo line clearly, so the aegyo-sal was preserved well too.
