This is a hospital I ruled out after receiving a consultation for lower blepharoplasty. I go to consultations because I want to check, at least roughly, what my condition is like and how much effect I may be able to get, but the director with glasses (I don’t remember the name) had no information at first and told me to ask questions first. When I asked a follow-up question based on what he said, he got angry and said, “Didn’t I say that earlier?” It seemed like he didn’t really understand the flow of conversation. During consultations, instead of just looking at the computer screen and consulting as if giving a PPT presentation, I think the director needs the skill to understand each patient’s individual characteristics and suggest a direction going forward. Conclusion: I’m glad I didn’t have surgery here.
