I had a consultation for revision rhinoplasty. I went to the ㅎㄴㅂ clinic in Sinnonhyeon, you know? My nose is currently a contracted nose, so it is a somewhat difficult reconstruction case. Improving the pinched nose + upturned nose + reworking the columella and nostrils That was the conclusion??? ㅎㄴㅂ is famous for reconstruction + revision surgery, so I had a consultation there, but honestly it does not match my aesthetic standards So I also decided to get a consultation at ㅌㅋㄹㅅ (ㅌㅋㄹㅅ has the nose shape I want.) Everyone, if you had to choose between function or shape, which would you choose? If I only reconstruct the function, I feel like the shape will be too disappointing... But if I follow the cosmetic side, I feel like the improvement will be less, so that is disappointing too... And if there is a plastic surgery clinic that makes the nasal tip nicely rounded like ㅌㅋㄹㅅ, please recommend one Please I have to have surgery before November, but I still have not been able to choose...
익명 Huh.. everyone, if it is contracted.. of course you cannot give up on the shape either, but because it is contracted, that means the current condition of your nose is very bad. Shouldn’t you look at improvement of the contraction and function first? I have seen a lot of people who only cared about the shape and ended up having a 4th or 5th surgery.. And if it is around the level of ㅎㄴㅂ, I have heard a lot that they make the nose shape well as desired and improve function well too. Cosmetic appearance is important too, but since it is a contracted nose, I think you should also carefully consider not doing anything too excessive.

Reader 3 Is ㅌㅋㄹㅅ good functionally too?? I did not know they were still operating there;; My friend also had it done there before, but wouldn’t ㅎㄴㅂ be better for contraction.... I saw a YouTuber, and they seemed to do noses well.
