Ah.. I’m a man, and I want to get nose surgery.. So I’ve been looking into it, and I’m down to exactly two candidates..! ㅇㅇㅎ luxury nose and ㅂㄴ dermis surgery. ㅇㅇㅎ is very famous for nose surgery, the reviews are good, and I’m satisfied with the photos, but because they use silicone!! I’m worried. Since I’m still young, I’m also worried it might cause problems later.. They say ㅇㅇㅎ can also do dermis, but people also say ㅂㄴ has excellent technique for shaping dermis.. ㅂㄴ is famous for dermis, but I have a slightly upturned nose, and some people say they didn’t see much improvement in an upturned nose even with cartilage.. It’s the best in terms of safety, but my nose is a little blunt, so no matter how well ㅂㄴ shapes the dermis, it can’t become as sharp as silicone.. Ah.. every choice really seems to come with an opportunity cost.. I’m even having the foolish thought of refining the nasal tip with costal cartilage at ㅇㅇㅎ and having the nasal bridge done with silicone at ㅂㄴ.. What are your opinions?!
