Male, third rhinoplasty. I had it done with a custom silicone implant at the clinic, and now I’m satisfied. This was my third rhinoplasty. I was unhappy with the first surgery because it was too subtle, and with the second rhinoplasty, the height was raised too much, so my bulbous nose was corrected, but the nasal tip had been lifted too much. From the side, it looked pointed and unnatural like Pinocchio’s nose, which stressed me out. I realized that a natural nose that harmonizes with your own face is what looks pretty, so I researched a lot and went to the clinic director, who is said to be good at surgery using reused autologous costal cartilage. The nasal bridge is moderately high, and the nasal tip turned out so natural, round, and pretty, so I’m very satisfied. Director Yoon Seok-ho is the best..
