Busan double-eyelid revision: which of these 2 places should I choose?

I live in Busan, and 1n years ago I had epicanthoplasty, incisional double-eyelid surgery, and ptosis correction. This time it’s a revision surgery. Even though it was incisional, it came undone, and because of issues with eyelid-opening strength and sagging skin, I want to do it again.
