I had my first surgery in 2010 with domestic cohesive gel implants, and starting around 2 years ago, I often had sharp pain in my left breast, so I felt like capsular contracture had developed. During my first surgery, I started working on day 6 after surgery, and back then exercise was my job, so I just exercised really hard right away. The right side was still soft, but the left side suddenly hardened and became firm, changing into an unnatural shape like an overturned rice bowl, so I had a gut feeling: 'Ah, either it ruptured or some kind of problem occurred,' and decided I should have revision surgery. But the reason I endured it for 2 years after the problem started was the very expensive revision surgery cost With cohesive gel, even if it ruptures, it doesn't interfere with life. My breast was just hard, that's all. Anyway, I had surgery with Director Kim Min-young at a plastic surgery clinic. Actually, at first I was searching for hip fat grafting and went for a consultation thinking I would only have hip surgery. When I was researching hospitals, I already knew they specialized in breast surgery, but I hadn't really kept it in mind. On the consultation day, when I visited, they also checked the condition of my breasts, and the rupture could be confirmed by ultrasound. After thinking and thinking for a few days, I eventually decided to have breast surgery too. I had a lot of swelling in my flanks and on the sternum area inside the breasts, and I still had no sensation here and there. Maybe because it was revision surgery, there wasn't anything especially difficult. During my first surgery, for several days I could barely lie down and get up by myself, so I struggled, but this time there was none of that. I absolutely, absolutely did not want to make my breasts bigger, but even though larger-volume implants were inserted, they didn't feel extremely excessive? They definitely felt bigger, yet looked natural, so it was fascinating~ The director corrected the bumpy outer contour that she had emphasized, matched the lower line (it's because my shoulders are uneven, but the lower line is accurately matched), and dissected more closely toward the inner breasts to add volume. Because I have pectus excavatum, my sternum is sunken, so even if I gather my breasts together like other people, my cleavage doesn't meet The rippling phenomenon is completely gone too! And after my first surgery, whenever I did a movement that put even a little force into my chest, the muscle would move and the implant would shift noticeably, showing an animation deformity, which was really stressful. Now I haven't tried tensing yet so I don't know, but I don't seem to feel that during simple daily movements. I still have somewhat reduced sensation on the outer sides of my breasts, and rather, pain that I didn't have immediately after surgery is appearing now, but they said this is a sign that the nerves are coming back, so it's a good thing. I heard Motiva Ergonomix has the softest and best feel, so I'm looking forward to it. The director personally tapes the armpit area carefully, and they say she does it this way so the scars heal as cleanly and inconspicuously as possible. It was also impressive that while I had the drains in, I sent photos directly to the director every day, more than three times a day, and received feedback. The fact that she performs only one surgery a day also made me trust her, so I ended up moving up a surgery that wasn't originally planned. Anyway, it had been a long-standing wish, so I'm so happy it went well. I hope the feel and shape recover well going forward, and I hope I never get capsular contracture again. They also did liposuction from my thighs and hip fat grafting on the same day, and I think it turned out natural and pretty. Director Kim Min-young specializes only in breasts and body contouring, and she is delicate and thorough, so I recommend going for a consultation~
