Had a consultation 2 years ago. The director felt somewhere in the middle, neither especially kind nor stiff. I was waiting inside in advance, then the director came in, and we had the consultation while editing the photos that had been taken. They said it probably wouldn’t change much, and since their style was quite flashy and different from what I wanted, I didn’t choose them.
