The top photo is before surgery, the second photo is the evening of the surgery day~ and the photos below are photos taken today, the 52nd day after surgery~ I forgot and didn’t take a photo with my eyes closed~ I’ll do that next time^^;; After surgery, I looked in the mirror every day and worried, when will the swelling go down~ but it’s already almost been two months^^ I’m not sure whether all the swelling is gone~ When I wake up in the morning, my eyes are a bit more swollen than in the evening.. Before, the difference between morning and evening was severe, but now it’s not that severe~ Does this symptom last a long time?? And it doesn’t seem to show well in the photos, but I think the double eyelids are slightly uneven~ If you look at the fourth photo, the length toward the back of the line is slightly longer on the eye on the right side of the photo than the eye on the left.. If you look at the very bottom photo, on the left eye, near the glabella, the line extends all the way inward, but on the right eye, near the glabella, there is no line.. It’s not very noticeable, so I could let it pass.. but people who know can tell that the line lengths are uneven~ Since I had surgery, I’d prefer them to be the same, but the slight unevenness bothers me a little~^^; Should I ask the clinic?? Um.. Since I live in Daejeon, I had one consultation at a clinic in Daejeon, liked it, and had the surgery right away~ I don’t know if it’s just my personal feeling, but getting my ears pierced hurt more than double eyelid surgery for me~^^; I only had the non-incisional method, and after surgery, while waking up from anesthesia, I was very dizzy, so I lay down for about 30 minutes, then I was able to take the bus and walk home.. I diligently did cold compresses and warm compresses, and drank pumpkin juice diligently too.. The swelling wasn’t severe, but the minor residual swelling seems to be lasting a bit long. For about 15 days after surgery, I had a hard time because my focus didn’t line up well.. My eyes are originally sensitive to sunlight, and after surgery, even a little sunlight made my eyes sting so much that it was really hard to keep them open, and I felt like the vision in my right eye had dropped, you know? But at some point, those symptoms completely disappeared, and now I can live just like before~^^; For about a month, there was pain if I rubbed my eyes hard while washing my face, but now, if I rub the double eyelid toward the glabella, I only feel a slight pain near the glabella~ I hope the pain goes away soon too^-^
