I’ve had double eyelid surgery 3 times and lower canthoplasty, and I sleep with my eyes open. I have dry eyes and stinging. Would under-eye fat repositioning be too much for me...? Should I just fill in the tear troughs a bit with filler..? I feel like that would make me look puffyㅜ
Reader 1 There isn’t much of a tear trough or fat, so it just looks like pigmentation.
