I went around for nose surgery consultations

First clinic Septal cartilage, silicone nasal bridge 3 or 3.5. But since my glabella is high compared to my nose, it could end up looking a bit high (this bothers me a little). They basically use septal cartilage, and there is a high chance they will additionally use ear cartilage. They said they would operate so that the nasal tip can still move. I looked at reviews, and although I also prefer a natural look, many results looked so natural that they were almost unnoticeable, so I’m debating. The explanation was brief. Second clinic The doctor is an ENT specialist, and we decided to do functional nose surgery + cosmetic nose surgery together. They said my septal area is wide compared to my nose, and that my skin tends to stretch, so they would use ear cartilage and septal cartilage together. They said they would lower the columella a bit and raise the nose as much as possible. Nasal tip 5 mm? I’m not sure about this. When they first saw me, they said my nose was quite small and low, and that they would do as much as they could. My septum is deviated, so they would also do the functional part. With an acquaintance discount plus an additional discount,  3.75 million won, eligible for actual-expense insurance coverage. Third clinic Because my nose is very small and low, they recommended using donor rib cartilage + septal cartilage. Here, on the other hand, they said my septum is small. Including two types of functional nose surgery plus nasolabial angle and bulbous nose correction (they said it’s not the kind of bulbous nose correction I’m thinking of), it would be 5.4 million won and eligible for actual-expense insurance coverage. I have a small, low nose and prefer a natural look. Which place do you think would be best?
