What should I do..

At a famous plastic surgery clinic, I believed it would go well despite not having much money, and paid 5 million won in cash for revision surgery.. but it was a complete disaster.. My nose is bulbous, but my nasal bridge is on the high side.. But when I was 20, I got injured, so the nasal bone can be felt slightly. It's not severe. So I hated being able to feel it on my nose and had my first surgery 3 years ago.. I said I hated feeling the nasal bone and asked them to make it look natural, but they raised the nasal tip and filled from the fractured area to the nasal tip with injections.. But it all got absorbed.. Eventually, after some time passed.. I went again in 2008 to a plastic surgery clinic said to be famous.. I went and asked for a semi-upturned nose and for them to do something about the fractured nasal bone.. But.. First surgery.. in February.. It was the same.. And rather, the silicone protruded, so it was visibly obvious and I could feel it.. So I cried.. For the second surgery on April 11, I told the doctor that I wasn't even hoping for a high nasal bridge, just that I wanted the bone not to be felt.. But they osteotomized it lower than my own nose and made my nose completely crooked.. At that time, I wanted to die.. And.. on May 7, I had a third surgery again.. In the end, I'm back to my original nose.. The second one was so severe that I just.. had no choice but to be satisfied.. None of what I wanted was done, and after doing my nose, it actually made my nose look longer and made me look older. It was worse than not doing it.. That's not the only problem.. Right now I can't breathe well either.. It's stuffy, and when I touch my nose, the area with the silicone hurts, and my nose still feels numb.. Should I go back to that hospital and have my nose done again?? I really dislike my nose so much right now.. Even if I do it again, can it get better.. You really have to do nose surgery well..
