The waiting time was a little long here and there, but overall I was satisfied. The doctor listened well to my questions and looked at each detail one by one, so I gained trust. I liked that he didn’t just look at the external appearance, but also explained the functional aspects carefully. The consultation manager was also kind and explained things calmly, so it was easy to understand. The hospital overall was clean, and the interior was well organized, so the atmosphere felt comfortable. During the consultation process, there wasn’t a pushy atmosphere, so I could talk without pressure. Overall, I felt it was a detailed and sincere consultation.
