It’s been 11 days since my surgery. I had paranasal augmentation and nose surgery. But my nose feels stuffy. Of course it could be because something that wasn’t there before was put into my nose, but on day 5 after surgery I had the stitches in my nose removed at the hospital, and on day 7 I had the stitches from my ear cartilage removed. I thought they would remove the stitches from the paranasal augmentation too on day 7, so I was really happy, but when I actually went to the hospital that day, they said the wound needed to heal more, and told me to come back when it had been a month so they could check my overall condition and remove the paranasal augmentation stitches that day... Aah!!!!!!;;;;; Is it normally okay to remove stitches this late? Well, I’m sure the hospital will take care of it, but because of these darn stitches, even eating is so uncomfortable and it’s making me so irritable... Also, when I looked at my nose, there was a transparent? white? thread left a little, so I asked the nurse if they weren’t going to remove it, and she said it was dissolvable suture and would dissolve with time, but it keeps bothering me.. It will dissolve, right? I have to go for an interview next week, but I still have a little bruising under both cheeks. Is there any way to get rid of this quickly? The swelling from the paranasal augmentation hasn’t gone down fully either, so it’s hard to smile, and my lips are still swollen too, so smiling is a bit hard and somehow it looks unnatural... I’m worried again just thinking about putting on makeup and removing it~ As the nurse told me, I gently rub my nose with black sugar, but it doesn’t seem to have much effect. I also feel like black things are coming out of my nose little by little, and honestly, in the past I would have wanted to scrub really hard, but I can’t, and that feeling is ㅠ.ㅠ Please tell me how to make my nose smooth and remove sebum and black stuff~!!! Anyway, my nose is one thing, but I’m really struggling a lot because of the paranasal augmentation... I guess swelling is just how my body is, but I swell so much and it lasts so long, seriously... I’m dying to know when all the swelling will finally go down. I want the swelling to go down quickly and become pretty so I can post photos too, but right now I really don’t have the courage... When I take photos, my nostrils and nasal tip look uneven, so I wonder if something went wrong, and lately my mood has been really... Once the swelling goes down, it’ll be okay, right? I’m worrying for nothing, right? I just rambled on about this and that because I’m full~ I said all this because there’s nowhere else I can talk about things like thisㅠ.ㅠ
