The director and consultant were kind, and I got an estimate of 2.9 million won + VAT, about 3.2 million won, for basic nose surgery with added bulbous nose correction. They said if I wanted to raise it a lot, I would need to use costal cartilage, and if I wanted to raise it moderately, nasal septal cartilage + ear cartilage would be fine. They set the height with a cotton swab and said ear + nasal septal cartilage would probably be okay. As far as I know, costal cartilage has an additional fee, and they said silicone is used for the nasal bridge.
