10 years ago, I had a Beiko procedure, and my nose shape gradually became crooked and the nasal tip drooped more than before. So 3 years ago, I went to ㄹㅁㅊ and only had the nasal tip operated on. It has still held up well so far, and I’m satisfied with the side profile, but I had side effects from the filler and threads on the nasal bridge. They said there would be no side effects for life, but this time I developed inflammation that looked like bruising, so I went to ㄴㅈㄹ and also had another consultation at ㄹㅁㅊ. ㄴㅈㄹ is so expensive that I’m hesitating. The price came out to the cost of a car, so my head was spinning. They suggested using autologous costal cartilage together with silicone, and even suggested lowering the nasal tip that I actually like. To be honest, the consultation didn’t really stick in my head When I went back to ㄹㅁㅊ, they said they would remove the foreign material, use donated dermis and silicone for the nasal bridge, and since the cartilage at the nasal tip might show through a bit, they would reinforce it using ear dermis. They said they would also correct the nostril asymmetry again, but the price came out to less than half of ㄴㅈㄹ, so I’m torn I heard donated dermis can be more unsatisfactory than expected What should I do
