Since I had no criteria at all in the beginning, I first went for consultations at places often mentioned in communities for eye surgery, like ㅇㅁㄹ (Do) and ㅌㅇㅅ (Hong), to check basic things like whether I’m currently in a condition to get revision eye surgery, the cause of the asymmetry, a line that would suit me, and the cost. For my second round of consultations, I’m thinking of going to ㅅㅇㅇ (Kang) and ㅇㅂㅅ, but it suddenly made me wonder: people here who had successful revision eye surgery, about how many places did you consult before deciding?

한쥬 Oh, I was also keeping an interested eye on ㅌㅇㅅ for revision eye surgery. How was the wait? And for the number of consultations, people who go to a lot of places seem to consult at 8-10 places too, but that varies a bit from person to person.
진트 If it’s revision surgery, I think it’d be good to go to at least about 5 places. I’ve looked at ㅇㅁㄹ a lot too, and I’m planning to go to ㅇㅇㅋ and ㅊㅇ as well.
그릭요거 I did legwork at 4 places, only one-doctor clinics + eye-specialized ones, and got it done at ㅇㄹ in Apgujeong. Honestly, I think if you do thorough online research and judge from that, you don’t necessarily have to visit a lot of places in person, so I think it’s quality over quantity..
