My bulbous nose was seriously pretty bad. In physiognomy, they say it’s the kind of nose that can make a lot of money, but I hated it My face shape is on the slim side, but my nose made me look broad and flat. So I looked into a lot of procedures too, but I kept getting turned down because they said a bulbous nose is hard to improve with procedures In the end, I looked into surgery. I did a lot of online research in communities and went for consultations too, and Luho seemed the best, so I had surgery with Director Kim Jun-young. I did bulbous nose correction + nasal tip + nasal bridge together. For the graft material, I debated between autologous costal cartilage and donated rib cartilage, and in the end went with donated rib cartilage~ They said bulbous noses need to be made a bit dramatic for the effect to be good, so I did not even consider silicone and chose donated rib cartilage, and I think I did so, so well choosing this!!!!! Now the bulbous nose has disappeared so completely that I can’t even remember when I had it. Once the swelling went down, it settled to some extent, and the side profile is pretty too!
