I had my first nose surgery in 2019 Even right after the splint was removed, the bridge and tip of my nose had already dropped I was so pissed, but I just lived with it, then it bothered me too much so I asked about it about a year later They said something about gravity and said they would do an AS revision, and that it would be better if they replaced it with a lower silicone implant Even after they replaced it, the moment the splint came off, it had dropped again;; Of course, since they said they changed it to a very thin silicone implant, the amount it dropped was a bit less, but It still was not connected. I put up with it again, and a year later I wanted to remove it completely, so I went to another hospital After taking a CT scan, they told me to find out what material the previous surgical hospital had used, so I called them and they said they used mesh? I thought it was silicone So I asked, didn’t I get it done with silicone, didn’t you say you would replace it with a lower silicone implant? Then they said the surgical consent form included something like the material may be changed if unavoidable^^ (They didn’t even tell me after the surgery was over? lol) So I told the hospital I went to for a third revision that the previous hospital said they had used mesh And they said that because it’s a material that gets absorbed into my dermis, if they open it at an ambiguous time, it can be difficult to separate, and if there’s no functional problem and I’m just unhappy with the appearance, I should endure it. So now it’s been about 4 years since it was changed to mesh,, I wonder if I can have my nose reopened now..?
