Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Had surgery on the 15th, and now I’m in the stable phase~

I was going to have nose surgery on the 9th, but my period started, so I had nose surgery on the 15th. I was planning to go alone, but my dad said he would come with me, so we went to the hospital together. I was really so nervous by myself that I don’t even know how many times I went in and out of the bathroom.... I went into the operating room, changed clothes, and was waiting for the doctor while getting an IV, and wow... I was shaking. It was my first time ever having a knife put to my body, and my first time under anesthesia too, so I was totally trembling. The nurses talked to me, let me choose the music I wanted to hear, and then the doctor came and I think they gave me anesthesia, but I wasn’t falling asleep.. The song was playing, but I kept shaking and kept talking to the nurses, and then the doctor came and I think they gave me anesthesia, but I still wasn’t falling asleep... I was thinking nonsense to myself like, is this that awareness thing from movies? And then I think I fell asleep at that moment.. I had general anesthesia first and then local anesthesia. I could hear voices and music a bit... You know those scenes in movies where they transcend time and space from the present to the future, and everything goes whoosh really fast with cars zooming by? That was exactly what unfolded in front of my eyes. lol Then at some point I woke up, and at that time I could hear the voices and music properly~ vividly. I had cartilage + silicone, and at the end, should I say they were closing it with sutures? At that point I could totally feel it. Ugh. It wasn’t that the anesthesia had worn off, but I could feel the stitching and got scared, so tears kept coming out of my eyes. Then I got up and came to the hospital room, lay down and slept in a daze, rested lying down for about two hours, then got up and went home. lol Like other people said, it was such a relief that I didn’t vomit or anything. lolololol My home is in Incheon, so I was most worried I’d throw up while taking the bus back ㅡㅡ; the hospital is in Cheongdam.. so far away... lol Anyway, on the way home my nose hurt so much I felt like I was dying, and then blood started coming out like crazy!!!! I was so scared I urgently called the hospital, and they said it was normal... lolololol They comforted me with this suspicious-sounding line that the more it bleeds, the less it swells;; After I got home, we have a full-body massage chair, and I basically lived there. I slept there too.... Thanks to that, my muscles got all knotted up. The day after surgery, I looked in the mirror and was completely shocked. My eyes were so swollen like an elephant’s that my natural double eyelids of 23 years had disappeared... It was so serious that someone might ask if I had double eyelid surgery. I got treatment and did cold compresses, and from the third day they told me to do warm compresses too, so I did that and drank boiled pumpkin with honey. Seriously, in about two days the bruising and eye swelling went down. After about five days, I took off the nose tape and trimmed the sutures too. At exactly one week I went and had the sutures removed.. This Friday I’m going for the last visit now.. At first, when the tape was removed, my face looked like a fox face right before transforming into a nine-tailed fox... I was shocked.... But now the swelling on the nasal bridge has gone down too, so it’s starting to settle.. The only thing is,,, because I couldn’t wash my face for several days, my skin got really oily, bumpy, and broke out... I need to start skin care... ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Everyone, really look into hospitals carefully before doing it.. A few of my friends did it before me but it went wrong and they’re struggling, so honestly I was worried, but thankfully I went to a good place and spent some money;; still, now it looks just like in this photo. lol My skin looked terrible, so I gave it a soft-focus effect~
