I had surgery 10 years ago, and there was still a hump left on my nose. It wasn’t a columella incision; it was done through the inside of the nose, but when I later asked elsewhere, they said if it’s done that way, the nose won’t become straight. I’m writing this review so you can refer to it and have help when choosing. An incision inside the nose has the advantage that the scar isn’t visible from the outside, but the hump cannot be corrected straight.. When I had a consultation here, they didn’t tell me about the drawbacks.
