1-Month Review After Breast Surgery

I’m writing this review one month after receiving breast surgery from Dr. Lee Jun-wook at a plastic surgery clinic. I had Motiva Mini implants, 245 cc on the right and 260 cc on the left, placed subfascially through an inframammary incision, and I also had hybrid surgery with fat grafting from my thighs. Before surgery, my underbust circumference was 73 cm and my upper bust circumference was 80 cm. I think I had a little pain until about 1 week after surgery, but now it doesn’t hurt at all, so I’m really happy. Sometimes I only have a slight throbbing around the incision area?! Maybe because I consistently received swelling care and capsular contracture care from right after surgery through the 1-month mark, I seem to be recovering well. This well-organized care program was also one of the reasons I chose this plastic surgery clinic! They said the swelling is all gone now, and although my breasts still have upper fullness, so they still look like I had surgery, they said that as time passes, they will gradually settle downward and the lower part of the breasts will expand! Then the inframammary incision scars will be less visible too, right?! I hope time passes quickly! I was worried the shape would look unnatural because I have a pigeon chest, but I think the doctor made them look pretty and did a good job..! They said not only the shape but also the feel will improve more over time, so I’m looking forward to it haha The scars worry me the most, but from what I’ve seen so far, I don’t think they’ll be very noticeable, so I’m waiting while thinking they’ll keep getting better. I’m using the scar ointment and gel sheets as the clinic instructed haha
